Through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and Special Program Priorities (SPP), Pennsylvania businesses can significantly reduce their state tax liability—up to 65% with NAP, and up to 90% with SPP—when they support approved projects at Arch Street Center. These contributions help fund daily meals, engaging activities, and essential wraparound services for adults living with serious mental illness.

Arch Street Center applies each year for approval under Pennsylvania’s NAP and SPP tax credit programs. While approval isn’t guaranteed, the process is straightforward, well-documented, and designed to reward forward-thinking partners like you.
