Becoming an Arch Street Member
Are you interested in becoming a member?
There are a few steps to becoming an Arch Street member:
- Get a referral from your case worker or psychiatrist and have it faxed to Arch Street Center (fax #: 717-392-7697)
- Contact ASC by calling 717-392-8536 to make sure the referral was received
- Come to ASC for an in-take (15-20 minutes)
- That’s it! You’re now a member!
